Eamonn started his insolvency training in 1997 with Grant Thornton in London, and via a mid-tier practice, found himself in the North of England four years later. A short secondment became a lifestyle choice, and in 2005 he set up Robson Scott Associates Ltd, providing insolvency services nationwide.

In 2016, Eamonn oversaw the launch of Robson Scott’s content website BusinessRescueExpert.co.uk, which has now become one of the most popular sites in the UK for all things relating to business distress. 2021 saw the launch of LiquidationHelp.co.uk, a site dedicated to providing liquidations utilising digital processes, and thereby lowering the cost to the clients.

Eamonn’s main focus continues to be the digital side of the business, and overseeing the company’s strategies for growth.

Insolvancy Director

Chris joined us from the Official Receiver’s office in 2009 and has continued to develop his skills and experience gaining his Certificate in Proficiency in Insolvency and passing full insolvency examinations.

Combining an encyclopedic knowledge of insolvency law and best practice with an entrepreneurial outlook, Chris brings a unique combination of legal diligence, technical proficiency and real-world business sensibility and practicality to the business in his role as Insolvency Director.

Chris oversees the business’ insolvency operations, while also bringing on the next generation of insolvency professionals in our talented team.

Corporate Insolvency Manager

Another holder of a Certificate of Proficiency in Insolvency, Dan has many years of experience in both debt advice and corporate insolvency.

After spending time living in Japan, Dan settled back in the UK, and joined Robson Scott in 2015.

Dan brings a forensic attention to detail and a calm reassuring presence to his work, which makes him a natural manager of our growing team of case administrators.

Qualified Insolvency Specialist

Nicola started her career in the mortgage industry but stepped into the insolvency sector when she joined us in 2008.

She specialises in both corporate and personal insolvency, passing the personal JIEB in 2016.

Nicola is a popular and experienced member of the team and a valuable resource for our newer team members. She is well known in the office for her photographic recall of previous cases and client work we have previously completed.
